Program name: Monivue Alerts

Program description: Monivue sends automated safety alert SMS messages to facility staff and authorized contacts at senior care facilities when monitored residents enter or exit the facility.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text “STOP” to the number from which you received messages. After you send “STOP,” we will send you a confirmation message. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, contact your facility administrator to re-enroll you.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at anthony@monivue.io.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on resident activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
