Program name: Monivue Alerts

Monivue sends automated safety alert messages to facility staff and authorized contacts at senior care facilities when monitored residents enter or exit the facility.

Opt-In Policy & Workflow

Opt-in policy and workflow details are publicly available at: https://monivue.io/sms.

Facility administrators log into the secure Monivue dashboard at thriveatmontvale.monivue.io. When adding a resident or authorized contact, the administrator enters the recipient’s phone number and checks the “Enable Text Alerts” checkbox to explicitly enroll them. Enrollment is only possible by authenticated facility staff.

Recipients are informed verbally by facility staff that they will receive automated safety alerts from Monivue when monitored residents enter or exit the facility. Message frequency varies based on resident activity. Msg & data rates may apply. Recipients can reply STOP to cancel or HELP for assistance.

Upon enrollment, recipients receive: “Monivue Alerts: You are now enrolled to receive safety alerts for residents at your facility. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel.”
